Solutions Engineering leader driving the technical sale and delivery of digital asset and payments infrastructure. At zerohash, I lead the SE organization responsible for institutional integrations across trading, custody, stablecoins, tokenization, and on-chain settlement for global fintechs, banks, and digital commerce platforms. I'm responsible for the technical success of complex client engagements, leading discovery, architecture, and implementation. I partner directly with founders, CEOs, CTOs, product and engineering leaders to turn high-stakes crypto initiatives into secure, compliant, production-grade systems. Previously, I was an Engineering Manager at Gemini, where I led teams responsible for listing new assets and enabling customers to transfer crypto across hot and cold storage. We also built and operated the liquidity management systems that enabled crypto withdrawals and powered exchange operations. Earlier in my career, I managed post-trade systems for one of the largest prime brokers in the world at Société Générale, leading distributed Engineering and Solutions teams across multiple regions. - Spearheading the technical pre-sales process for enterprise clients, translating complex business requirements into concrete integration roadmaps for Zerohash's crypto and fiat API solutions. Team Leadership - Led the Crypto Transfers Team to build and maintain customer facing features for crypto deposits, withdrawals, and fees across ~10 blockchain networks. Operational Excellence - Defined and implemented Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Objectives (SLOs) for the crypto transfers domain, transitioning to SLO-driven alerting in Datadog and achieving a 75% reduction in non-actionable on-call pages. - Instituted and ran a weekly incident review process across six dev teams.
