Support to Business Development teams of the Gas Infrastructures business unit on all financial matters (greenfield projects and M&A): - Complete risk analysis of projects - Comprehensive financial modeling of projects - Projects structuring from financial, contractual, legal and tax perspectives - Transactional management of projects with equity partners, lenders, advisors, etc. - Internal Project Management and presentations to internal Commitment Committees - Monitoring value creation on executed projects
Within the Energy Management & Trading Business Unit, in charge of optimizing and developing ENGIE's gas wholesale capacity portfolio (transmission and storage) in Central Europe & Balkans (~ 30 MEUR/y): - Structuring and negotiation of gas storage contracts and gas wholesale transactions - Commercial business development for gas wholesale activities in new countries (Croatia, Ukraine) - Strategic analysis: identification of new routes of gas supply and subsequent contractual implementation - Legal & regulatory watch (EU Directives transposition, Competition) and lobbying activities - Economic and contractual analysis for investment projects in gas infrastructure assets
