Reporting to the Director of Growth and Product Marketing. My scope includes: • Run and manage user-acquisition experiments in collaboration with marketing, content, product, data, and external partners. • Use hypothesis-driven testing and creative, data-informed campaigns to uncover and scale new growth opportunities. • Lead and optimize paid acquisition across search, social, and display • Own performance marketing campaigns and budgets, ensuring strong cost-efficiency and measurable impact. • Work closely with data science on signal integrations, measurement, and incrementality studies to better understand what drives growth. • Partner with the web and SEO teams on Buffer.com projects • Build and grow referral-driven programs and partnerships with Buffer users and third-party collaborators to attract qualified new users. • Act as a strategic partner across teams by sharing insights, aligning efforts, and turning ideas into scalable growth initiatives.
