      Management end-to-end of projects portfolio in a Manufacturing Performance Unit (MPU). Measure performance through defined KPIs. Ensure monthly comparison workload/capacity and facilitate any decision/action to ensure coherence and portfolio sustainability. Provide expertise & direction for risk definition, prioritization, risks mitigation following the standard operation procedure in place. Prepare and facilitate risk review meetings. Ensure a close follow up of each risk by its risk owner. Take part to FDA 2017 & 2019 Audit answer using an improved iPM process. Steer to deliver FDA commitments thanks to a sharp daily follow-up and stakeholder management.
