Management end-to-end of projects portfolio in a Manufacturing Performance Unit (MPU). Optimise projects, portfolio (80 up to 110 projects), risks, resources and other planning execution & capabilities within MPU. Develop partnerships with PM (global & local), Leadership team and central PMO team (Global). Communicate proactively key information to all relevant. Provide direction for prioritization, risks mitigation through operating projects roadmap. Prepare and facilitate project board meetings with MPU executive committee. Track and communicate metrics to ensure efforts and resource deployment are implemented effectively and in line with business objectives and strategy. Manage the follow up and tracking of all projects impacting the MPU whatever the trigger (QIP, Capex, Change Control, CAPA, risk management …). Identify planning risks and issues; propose re-prioritization, remediation or escalation. Support PMs in preparing potential projects for project qualification decision by MPU management (GO/NO GO). Ensure potential projects follow a stage gate review process (screening). Coach PM's on best practice and behaviours to manage projects and tools (Planning & Capacity management). Measure performance through defined KPIs. Ensure monthly comparison workload/capacity and facilitate any decision/action to ensure coherence and portfolio sustainability. Provide expertise & direction for risk definition, prioritization, risks mitigation following the standard operation procedure in place. Prepare and facilitate risk review meetings. Ensure a close follow up of each risk by its risk owner. Take part to FDA 2017 & 2019 Audit answer using an improved iPM process. Steer to deliver FDA commitments thanks to a sharp daily follow-up and stakeholder management.
Share experience to make evolved staff skills in project management. Provide strategic and operational management coaching across a portfolio of projects within Chanel IT department. Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Give ad hoc trainings to project managers in a way to ease planning and reporting.
