As a leader in global technical operations in the Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical industry with strong backgrounds in Quality, Development, Drug Substance, Drug Products, Devices and Advanced Technologies, I’m passionate about solving complex challenges, making critical decisions, and developing talents. In my current role, I lead the strategic and operational management of all the manufacturing sites (Drug Substances and Drug Products) for Roche’s Pharmaceutical products. This includes 12 manufacturing sites in 6 countries with more than 9000 employees. My goal as a leader is to engage and coach people around a common vision and empowered culture to do what patients need next.
