Responsible for the design, construction, procurement and installation works for all Electrical Systems (HV, LV, ITS, Comms, Fire Detection) with a works scope of $200M. • Defined delivery methodology for M&E works as part of the Tunnel Production Line (TPL), embedding Excavation, Civil Works and M&E in an integrated sequence, de-risking and optimising the global project delivery. • Set-up the M&E works breakdown structure for subcontracted & direct works packages. • Recruited and set-up the M&E electrical project team. • Responsible for budget, planning, quality, IR and HSE for the M&E electrical scope. • Contract & Commercial management (Invoicing, claims, variations) with suppliers and subcontractors. • Led the project team during the different project phases: Construction Design, Procurement and Construction.
Project Manager on the Hanoi Pilot Light Metro Line (Line 3) project for the E&M System Contract Package CP07 (30 M€). Design & build contract. Project scope includes HVAC, Tunnel Ventilation, Emergency and Fire Protection System, Wayside Equipment, Lifts and Escalators. • Recruit and set-up core project team in Hanoi (20 staff of different nationalities). • Responsible for budget, planning, quality and HSE for all phases of the project. • Contract & Commercial management (Invoicing, claims, variations) with Client (MRB). • Lead the project team during the different project phases: Design, Procurement and Construction.
Construction Manager on the Kelana Jaya Line Extension project for the Power Supply system works package (55 M€). Project Scope includes 33kV Distribution, 750Vdc Traction power, LV distribution and Depot Equipment. • Set-up and recruit the site construction team (10 supervisors/superintendents and up to 100 workers). • Managed all aspects of construction works (Budget, Quality, Planning, HSE) until handover to Client.
Project Manager on the Lille metro Line 1 upgrade project (6.6 M€) for the Tunnel Ventilation & Smoke Control System. All works were carried out with no disruption on the service. • Managed and followed up design and procurement stages. • Staffed construction team and settled Colas Rail project offices in Lille. • Followed up project budget and planning.
