My mission is to help enterprises, consulting firms, system integrators, and software providers build trustworthy AI solutions on Graphwise’s Semantic Backbone. As Director, Strategic Partnerships / Product Manager for Recomentor at Graphwise, I work at the intersection of Compliance Intelligence, ESG, Semantic AI, GraphRAG, and enterprise knowledge architecture. I help partners turn complex regulations such as CSRD, EU Taxonomy, DORA, climate risk, and product conformity requirements into connected, traceable, and audit-ready intelligence. I led the development of Recomentor, Graphwise’s AI ESG and Compliance solution, combining four roles: ESG Specialist, Product Manager, Product Owner, and Project Manager. This experience gave me a practical understanding of both the regulatory pain points and the technical requirements needed to build scalable, explainable, and business-ready AI solutions. Today, my focus is on building strategic partnerships with organizations that want to create or strengthen compliance, ESG, GRC, regulatory intelligence, or risk management solutions using Graphwise’s technology. As Director, Strategic Partnerships at Graphwise, I focus on building partnerships with consulting firms, software vendors, system integrators, and enterprise teams that want to create trustworthy, scalable, and audit-ready AI solutions on top of our Semantic Backbone. I help partners and clients connect regulations, policies, controls, risks, reports, and enterprise data into one governed knowledge layer, enabling stronger traceability, audit readiness, regulatory intelligence, and explainable AI. I support partner-facing and enterprise-facing value propositions backed by proven Graphwise impact, including up to 80% less manual effort and regulatory response times reduced from 2 days to less than 1 hour. Directed the end-to-end creation of Recomentor, Graphwise’s flagship Semantic GraphRAG platform for CSRD, climate risk, and EU Taxonomy compliance, combining four roles to move from concept to market-ready solution: - ESG Specialist — embedded regulatory and ESG expertise into semantic models. - Product Manager — defined the vision, market positioning, and business value proposition. - Product Owner — converted complex compliance requirements into actionable technical specifications. - Project Manager — led cross-functional agile delivery across business, data, engineering, and domain teams. Now leading Graphwise’s Compliance Intelligence strategic use case, shaping partner-ready and enterprise-ready solutions built on our Semantic Backbone.
- Led cross-functional team in developing the Net Zero 2050 roadmap, overseeing data collection and validation : - Led several projects to boost the company's sustainability, achieving a 24% carbon emissions reduction over five years, 49% by 2050, and aligning with sustainability goals. - These initiatives ensure that 100% of our packaging solutions will be designed for recycling by 2025. - Development of a tool to overview sustainable innovations in the company, analyzing their costs (CAPEX & OPEX) and impact on Scope 1, 2, 3 emissions : -The deployment of this tool could reduce Scope 1 and 2 CO2 emissions by 48% and Scope 3 emissions by 35% over the next five years. This may result in a 23% decrease in OPEX and a potential 75% reduction in waste due to enhanced energy efficiency and better chemical processes. - Managed the annual ESG report as Project Manager, in alignment with ESRS and SBTi methodologies and metrics, coordinated with 10 cross-functional teams to analyze data, and delivered the report two weeks early, improving the accuracy of sustainability disclosures. - Environmental Data Management and Emissions Calculation (scope1,2,3) : - Led the collection and analysis of environmental data, improving accuracy by 17%. - Ensuring adherence to international standards and enhancing operational sustainability. - Served as the primary contact for over 65 internal and external stakeholders on corporate sustainability issues, facilitating crucial discussions and decision-making processes. - Managed the CSRD 2024 report following ESRS methodologies and metrics , conducting thorough materiality assessments with both internal and external stakeholders to identify and prioritize key sustainability issues. - Managed the company's sustainability profile on major online rating platforms including (CDP, Ecovadis, M2030, Integrity Next), significantly improving ratings over time.
- Project manager for the development of a tool that allows operators to analyse the strengths and weaknesses of their network at several levels (Transport; Access; Radio ; Network, Core, Models ; Slicing; OSS & Bus; Appl; Security; Sustainability ; Neutral Hosts). With a strong focus on sustainability, energy efficiency and circularity. Reducing customer theoretical energy consumption by 35% and improving circularity practices, resulting in 45% waste savings. - Project manager of the net zero roadmap 2040 for Nokia (cross-functional project within Nokia with many working groups). Achieving a 55% reduction in carbon emissions in the next 5 years and aligning Nokia with sustainability goals. This initiative facilitated an 80% increase in renewable energy adoption and an 85% reduction in waste production, leading to substantial savings over the next 5 years. I was invited to the Finland headquarters to lead a workshop, discussing project progress, outlining the future vision, and detailing upcoming steps towards the final outcome. - Development of a tool to understand Nokia's environmental image to its customers in comparison with its competitors - Environmental representative of Nokia to the Austrian government .Assisted Austrian government in launching a web platform showcasing green innovations, fostering collaboration among companies, enhancing energy efficiency, and improving network circularity. Achieved a 30% rise in regional collaborative sustainability initiatives. - Development of the TCFD (TASK-FORCE ON CLIMATE RELATED FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE) project within Nokia, working in the core team within this project as an environmental specialist. - Development of a blockchain-based Web3 auction platform with decentralised governance (governed by a set of companies) to foster the circular economy in the telecommunications industry with a possible 60% reduction in waste produced in the next 5 years.
- Analysis, synthesis and writing the first comprehensive internal document, extracted from more than 85 different reports, categorising all 1,685 innovations related to energy efficiency and circularity across all the different business groups (Mobile Networks, Network Infrastructure, Cloud and Network Services, Nokia Technologies). This initiative has strengthened internal collaboration and strategic planning, underlining the holistic view of Nokia's commitment to sustainability and innovation in telecommunications. - Overview of the different sustainability features of Nokia's telecommunication products - Understanding and helping to develop a tab in the Nomad software in order to analyze the environmental impact of a communication installation
