Passionate about technology and people, I use my background in Engineering and Leadership to guide transformation initiatives, especially in Human Resources, where I lead with a focus on growth, performance, and innovation. I focus on Talent Management, Performance Management, HR Strategy, and Project Management, finding in these areas my greatest opportunities for impact.
