The Quito Metro extends 22 kilometers from the north to the south of the city with a single 22 kilometer line. This line serves 15 stations and has 18 trains with a GOA2 system. It should be noted that the Quito Metro is the highest metro line in the world, built at an altitude of 2,850 meters. Scope of responsability : OCC including security, train drivers, technical office, station & ticketing management, maintenance. Project manager for the implementation of Enterprise resource planning (ERP) Main missions: - Response and winning of the Quito Metro tender - Support for the establishment of the local subsidiary Transdev - Metro de Medellin (EOMMT) - Preparation for the metro operation (Recruitment, Ramp-up, training, review of contractual requirements, redaction of the documentary base) - Monitoring technical assistance - Implementation of IT tools (CMMS, HR, timekeeping, operation management, EDM, etc.) - Preparation and management of the Testing & Commissioning Phase - Management of the start-up phase of the commercial operation in December 2023 then monitoring of the day-to-day operation (incident management, rail safety, occupational safety, monitoring of KPIs, monitoring of skills, improvement actions, etc.) - Budget monitoring - Periodic meeting with the client (EPMMQ)
Support the development by either guiding local team in technical aspect when Transdev has local footprint or leading technical offer (Operation, Maintenance and Safety) in regions Transdev is not yet present.
