Manage design to manufacturing activities with technical network and R&D team and is responsible of manufacturing technical choices. Manage capacity analysis and industrial quotations with support of industrial management. Co-Manage design reviews and RAISE activities during designing phase. Escalate during project validation / management committee all industrial risks with detailed action plan to contain risks & schedule. Co-Manage design to cost with PM according to industrial field. Anticipate and make quotations of each process/product changes. Build and support productivity plan to recover / increase margin during all project. Co-Manage industrial equipements studies, development and supplying with support of technical specialist from central methods (can be autonomous and manage from studies to validation equipments by myself). Manage industrial project schedule and manage his functional “technical” team involved in project industrial tasks : central methods, logistics methods, project launch team, toolings specialists, coating specialists … Manage projects and schedules risk assessment with weekly reporting and daily escalation of potential failures within management structure thought QRQC. Manage and centralize industrial activities communication between R&D center based in Belgium and WW manufacturing plants. Manage equipments transfers and manufacturing monitoring during SOP phase in order to reach targeted profitability and project milestones. Insure labor profitability targets during ramp up and datrt of production. Build and “push” actions plan co-managed with project launch teams

MISSIONS : - Analyse de cahier des charges et/ou de l’existant - Rédaction d’analyse fonctionnelle - Programmation automate - Développement de simulation pour recettes - Pilotage des essais - Analyse des essais et validation fonctionnelle - Mise en service sur site - Formation opérateurs et techniciens de maintenance PROJETS : - Rénovation des automatismes du process ROHB1 chez ArcelorMittal - Migration de l’architecture de la supervision de traitement des eaux GDF Suez Dunkerque - Rénovation des automatismes du four n°2 de chauffage de brames chez Dillinger-France - Automatisation (Sécurisation) de l’entrée de l’usine Coca Cola Dunkerque - Ingénieur Instrumentiste / Essai / Démarrage de compresseurs sur plateforme pétrolière au large de l'Angola (Plateforme Tombua Landana de la société Chevron) - Automatisation du four n°3 de chauffage de brames chez Dillinger-France (Laminage de tôles)
Projet de Fin d'Etudes au sein du service "Controle/Electricité" du département "Cryogénie" - Rewamping des automatismes d’un groupe de 6 compresseurs au standard CERN.
