After a 20 years long career in Telecoms, where I held many positions in various fields, from service platforms building to heading business operations in a tier one fixed & mobile operator, I decided to help companies through interim management. Those last 4 years, I ran IT departments, as an interim CIO, and managed the IT transformations for a facility management leader.
I was in charge of Entoria IT department, with a strong focus on QoS improvement, as long as preparing the path for delivering transformation projets.
I managed ITTransformation Projects within ISS, supporting all Business activities, such as HR projects (with New Payroll and PAM application, Workforce Management), Finance (Purchase Application, Ticket tools), Fields Management, in order to leverage IT solutions and make ISS transformation a success.
