I began my career at the French defence procurement agency (DGA), before joining DCN (now Naval Group) in the position of manager in charge of the combat systems conception. Between 1995 and 1997, I was principal private secretary to Jean-Pierre Raffarin, France’s Minister for SMEs, Trades and Craftspeople. I have been working for 20 years at the Thales group, as Technical Director of the Navigation Technical Business Unit, manager of the company’s site in Bordeaux, Director of the Military Equipment Business Line, Vice President of the Aerospace Valley regional competitiveness cluster, Senior Vice President of the Services & Business Transformation Sector, Senior Vice President, General Manager of the Aerospace Division. From 2010 to 2017, I was appointed Senior Vice President General Manager of the Defence Mission Systems Division, and in 2017 I became Thales Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Performance Officer. I am a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique, SUPAERO and I hold a Masters of Science degree from the MIT. I come from Brest and I have always been committed to naval conception and production activities.
