The company designed and installed green building applications from solar power system to energy saving systems. We grew the company over a year to 7 employees. Co-Founder & CEO – Incubation with Essec Ventures • 350K€ in sales over 7 months of operations on the retail segment and 300K€ of sales over the same period on larger power plants (up to 30kWp) canceled by the government due to 2011 change in the industry. • Setting up BtoC and BtoB commercial strategies and client servicing for retail ; 7 person in the company. • Managing construction and procurement, (more that 400 references), as well as authorizations with local public actors, contracts with utilities, and compliance with electric control organization (Consuel). • Structuring the fiscal framework for BtoB clients : Special Purpose vehicles and accelerated depreciation Ceasing activity due to change in the legal solar framework in France – No capital losses
