    New country, new sectors, new areas of responsibility, this is my new challenge within a human being group where personal skills are beyond technics to match with our final customer personality.       Following the challenge passed with the prototype management i did around the world, i had the opportunity to join back the Renault Trucks (Volvo AB) group as industrial manager to lead upto the final setup and throughput capacity of the engines. New line, built from scratch, i integrated the team during the production start and work cross-functionally (project, R&D, Quality, Purchasing, Supply chain) upto the serial production and the End gate of the project (handover to serial teams). My main actions: > Lead the change management parts from R&D bill of material to production line introduction through a supply chain management. > Highlight the risk management around new part introduction on items like quality, handling, assembly easiness, and PDCA. > Teamwork around tic-time balance to ensure good sequences per station to avoid idle time and bottle neck stations, whatever the engine variants to be produced. > Teamwork on increasing speed of throughput, from 2 engines per shift to 50 engines per shift.

      International mission to carry out the whole engine prototype manufacturing activities within a new plant based in India. Challenges passed were: - Integrate a complexe interenational project, led by Volvo AB Japanese team, followed by Renault Trucks french team, with a double manufacturing sites. - Organise worldwilde the prototype manufacturing activity - Manage differences between french, japanese, indian teams - Build up in india all process related to prototypes, from procurement to assembly, within quality and key user mindset. - Steer globaly the suppliers with difficulties - Steer IS/IT tools developments for the joint venture integration into Volvo AB IT world. - Build tools to speed up prototypes dashboard creation and reporting in the indian plant. - High level travels frequency in Asia Worked as consultant, mission finished end december 2012
