As head of QA-Engineering I have set up a new GMP service team. In collaboration with Site Engineering, Production and fellow QA-Managers, we want to establish standards for qualification and engineering activities. As a process engineer and bioprocesss technology expert I worked on the planning, design and realization of Biotech processes. Our focus lies on new technologies, such as intensified processes, continuous processing, Cell&Gene Therapy and mRNA technology. As an innovation coach (iCoach) I support colleagues, to think "out of the box". I facilitate Workshops, Brainstormings and Ideation sessions, applying e.g. Systematic Inventive Thinking (SIT) methods.
