Solidarity project in a foundation dedicated to the rural communities in the area of Guacimo, Limón, Costa Rica. With Bosco Darras, partner from PURPAN, we managed a group of 9 women in the technical development of their vegetables gardens, enhancing their autonomy and empowerement.
During 3 months I worked in Poiscaille, a french startup of the foodtech. This company distributes fresh fish directly from the small-scaled fishermen of the french coastline. "Fresh, sustainable, ethical" are the keywords and seduce more and more customers looking for quality products. In an intense growth phase of the company, my job was to seek, visit, convince and monitor fine grocery shops in Paris and suburbs to work with Poiscaille as relay points.
