I am a experienced and senior Telecoms & Technology executive. Since last July, after selling the shares of MavianMax Srl (a company I founded and active in the FWA market) to Retelit Spa, I have been CEO of Mavian Srl, active in the consultancy and production of renewable energy. I have 20 years’ Telecoms experience which encompasses company leadership, start-ups, business development and project management. I am commercially astute and have the ability to translate ambitious strategy into tangible commercial results. I also have a proven track-record of leading start-ups and capitalizing on new market opportunities. I have carried out work in a wide variety of countries with a particular emphasis on emerging markets. I speak fluent English and Italian.     Co-founder • I co-founded this company to take advantage of Telecoms market deregulation. • I worked as CTO handling voice/data network planning and engineering (using Nortel and Lucent technology), designing and implementing services, planning network capacity, monitoring network performance and traffic management, I led a team of 15 employees. • I also worked as COO and Product Marketing VP: we cabled large areas of Italy with optic fiber, defined product and market propositions, assessed the impact of regulatory change on ULL (Unbundling Local Loop), analysed competitor developments, analysed customer usage profiles and developed new tailored service offering for different market segments. • I led a stock exchange IPO in 2000 to sustain growth and investment (350 million Euros).
