I am a Health, Safety, Environment, Risk and Workplace Senior Management professional with 20 years' experience in successful execution of Worksite Safety Management in All civil, mechanical, electrical construction works pertaining to working at height, Hot work, Isolation and Lock out, Excavations Confined Spaces in both Brown and Greenfield Projects with complex Operational Interfacing (and tie-in works) during Commissioning of any systems (in the petrochemical industry, oil and gas industry as well as the aluminum industry, which include Power and Steam Integration and Potline Operations). My skills include operations, risk, health & safety measures/systems, Contractor alignment and management, providing Guidance and Leadership to subordinates and Project Management and deployment. I have hands-on experience in supporting the setup, implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of health, safety & environment management systems.     Acting as Manager on the P 100 Potline Extension Project in Abu Dhabi. Assisting on the Eagle Project for EGA on Dubal in Dubai – which involve busbar rectification works and extension of Potlines as well.     Al Taweelah Aluminium Power & Steam Integration: Emirates Global Aluminium’s (EGA) power and steam integration project at the Al Taweelah alumina refinery has delivered the first steam. Simultaneously—within a few days—the project also achieved 7 million hours worked without a lost time incident (LTI). The Project was constructed in a heavy Brown Field environment and consisted of the Conversion of one of the largest captive power plants in the World into a cogeneration facility. Installation consisted of a combustion turbine and HRSG and the brownfield conversion of an existing simple cycle unit into combined cycle as well as significant process and systems modifications. With 54 different PO/Contracts 2000 Employees at peak 29 Nationalities Achieved 9 million hours without any LTI. Multiple Reviews & Due Diligence of Smelter & Power Assets: Detailed Reviews of all Al Taweelah’s (EMAL) Smelter, Power & water assets and related infrastructure. Detailed Reviews of all Jebel Ali’s (Dubal) Smelter, Power & water assets and related infrastructure. Scope: Several reviews and due diligences on the Aluminium smelters are Al Taweelah and Jebel Ali, that included the Power generation and Water desalination assets.
