About

I’m a First Generation Management Information Systems Graduate at Coppin State University with a strong foundation in product management, strategic partnerships, and IT audit, supported by hands-on experience across Fortune 500 companies and federal organizations. Through internships at Amway, ServiceNow, Principal Financial Group, and the Federal Reserve Board OIG, I’ve had the opportunity to deliver business value by building MVPs, refining product roadmaps, leading user testing, and strengthening compliance through federal information audits. I’m also fortunate to have been recognized as a TMCF Scholar, Executive Leadership Council Scholar, Shawn Carter Foundation Scholar, UNCF Scholar, WiCyS Scholar, Capital One Scholar, and Adobe HBCU 20x20 Scholar. These honors reflect both my commitment to leadership and my passion for breaking barriers for underrepresented communities in tech.

    May 2025 - Aug 2025 · 4 mos

As a Business Analyst Intern at Amway, I built UAT test cases and triaged defects to closure, which reduced post-release bugs on the digital storefront dashboard. I translated business requirements into Jira user stories with clear acceptance criteria and led sprint ceremonies to deliver the MVP for legal stakeholders. I also performed cross-browser and multi-device QA for the MyShop dashboard and mapped an end-to-end operational flow for digital storefront link deactivation, where I proposed an MVP to automate compliance-related user removals. In addition, I refined backlog items for my internship project and supported Product Managers with roadmap planning for an address validation tool. Through this role, I strengthened my ability to bridge technical requirements with stakeholder needs while ensuring smooth product delivery.
