I'm a passionate technology leader with a proven track record as the Head of the Tech Enabling team in a dynamic company based in Thailand. My journey in this role has been defined by my commitment to driving transformative change across four critical pillars: - leading the Observability Council to chart the Observability roadmap and guide our Observability Core Members in implementing enhanced observability practices - spearheading our Cloud-Native initiative by translating buzzwords into actionable roadmaps, enabling teams to seamlessly navigate the cloud-native landscape - championing engineering practices that elevate our technical department, encompassing everything from IDE, Coding Styles, Git Branching Models, Release Strategies, to Code Reviews and beyond and as a Solution Architect, taking the helm of a backend scrum team, where I continually design cutting-edge microservices architectures and troubleshoot operational challenges, all while fostering a culture of innovation and solution-driven thinking.
Lead the technical team to implement the technical solutions to support Digital Home department under TDG (B2C IoT Business)
- Be the functional manager of Product Development - Backend - Inside this backend team, there are (1) Developer Teams (2) Quality Engineer Teams (3) System Analyst Teams
- research and find both processes, practices and technologies that can help improve the SDLC of engineering teams such as CICD, Observability and Cloud-native initiative. - manage to make sure that the software, feature or product deliver from each squad team meet the expected quality standard
There are 3 teams under Operation Support: (21 staffs) 1: System Engineer 2: System Administration 3: Service Operation
• Manage 4 staffs: 1. System Administrators [2 staffs] 2. IT Support [1 staff] 3. Servicedesk Officer [1 staff] Accomplishment • Restored the company servers back to the better operational state by • enabled system monitoring via Zabbix • established the backup & restore services • established the housekeeping policies • fined tuning system configuration • Database performance improvement by utilize the server hardware by using mix of both SSD & HDD for InnoDB table engine. Enabled the online alter table tool to reduce downtime and deployed the hot backup tool for InnoDB & MyISAM. • Introduced the new development, test, staging environment into IT teams which could reduce number of errors, reduce time of development. This service related to many technologies such as SVN, Web deployment (Webistrano), FTP management and server settings. • Managed to establish the major ITIL processes & functions from scratch such as ServiceDesk function, Change management process, Service Request, Event management, Incident management and Problem management. • Designed the KPIs of all staffs and also converted the scatter information into numeric information. • Designed, managed and hand-on the project of “redesign new IDC network”. Goal is to create the secure, manageable network. We have launched the new network into production since September 2010. • Managed to establish Site-to-Site VPN from corporate network to IDC network which could add more flexibility & utilize the network resources. • Designed and managed to deploy the Microsoft Active Directory & related services from scratch. • Improved the quality of services of corporate network by fined tuning switch/server/wireless access points configuration.

Database Administration team [1 staff] And 1 infrastructure solution staff. Accomplishment • Operate the teams based on ITIL standard • Provide IT infrastructure services for both office and portal. Some of those services are: 1. Network: LAN & Wireless (802.1X), Load balancing, Firewall, IP Mgt 2. System: Web Server, Reverse Proxy Server, Database Server, DNS, DHCP, Backup, Log, NTP, Authentication [AD, LDAP], Memcached, Web Statistics, File sharing, Corporate Email, Email system of @sanook.com 3. Security: Hardening, Audit, Monitoring, Policy • Set up operational workflows for routine/user request tasks. • Capacity planning for all IT infrastructures including network bandwidth, server hardware and network device. • Performance improvement for all Sanook.com’s products especially in hardware, web server, database and network areas. • Work as a team in designing, testing and launching new web applications. • Implement and maintain all system, network and application monitoring tools. • Provide technical solutions for application development teams. • Seeking new technologies to adopt usage within Sanook’s environment such as high scalability technology, best practices of high scalability web site, image server. • Hardware and software purchasing.
