- Perform credit and financial analysis, identify market trends and follow up with the related economic regulations in Asia. - Closely corporate with Relationship Managers to originate and execute syndicated loan and structured loan transactions. - Responsible for preparation of term sheet, facility agreement and information memorandum, assist on loan pricing, syndication strategy and negotiation of loan documents.
- Lead team of 8 members including customer service, design & marketing and business development. - Analysis Taiwan remittance market, develop effective marketing strategies and gain 30% market share after 2-year launch. - Set the long-term vision and strategy for the remittance application, perform sales forecasting monthly and quarterly to ensure the profitability of product lines. - Coordinate between Business Team, IT Team, and Operation Team to ensure completion of daily transactions flow from Taiwan to Vietnam. - Complete the KYC/AML requirement from Taiwan and Vietnam banks, perform AML investigations and compliance reviews in relation to high-risk customers.
