Within this role I have learnt a whole new level of customer service. This is proven with dealing with a load of confidential information and high payments. I have to ensure every customer has the same experience and always welcome them first as I am the first face they see as they walk into the clinic. I aim to solve any problems they may occur within their customer journey promptly so they can leave our site stress free.
During my internship at Indochine International, I gained valuable industry experience supporting the sourcing and product development team throughout the garment development process. My responsibilities included managing samples, organising fabric swatches, preparing for client meetings, photographing garments, conducting research, and assisting with daily studio operations. Working alongside experienced product developers and designers provided me with first-hand insight into the global sourcing process, strengthening my commercial awareness, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and teamwork skills. This experience further reinforced my passion for pursuing a career in buying and merchandising within the fashion industry.
Within this role I became responsible for customer service including processing transactions, managing stock and rotation, assisting customers especially those with disabilities and resolving issues. I was also a top candidate of the promotion change overs.
Within this role I had to ensure my attention to detail was immaculate. I had to ensure every customer had their specific dietary requirements perfect.
