Current FAA Training Program Manager at Cirrus, focusing on enhancing operational excellence in the SF50 Vision Jet program. Former FAA Aviation Safety Inspector for General Aviation Operations, responsible for a wide variety of tasks ranging from aviation accident and incident investigations to work as a Principal Operations Inspector (POI) for Part 135 Air Carriers. Experienced Airline Pilot at Republic Airways flying the Embraer 170/175 aircraft.
Responsible for overseeing compliance with FAA regulations and policies applicable to the Part 142 Program of the Cirrus Vision Jet. Responsible for managing the SF50 FAA approved programs, overseeing flight operations within Cirrus SF50 training, and interfacing the FAA on behalf of Cirrus’ Vision Jet training program.
-Serve as a brand ambassador for Republic Airline -Create brand awareness for Republic Airline and promote the RJet Cadet program through conversation, events and the distribution of collateral -Attend campus events with the Republic Airline College Team -Share updates related to Republic Airline and provide peers with company information as provided by the Republic Airline College Team
Assist the Chief Flight Instructor and Assistant Chief Flight Instructors on day to day operations, including managing the CFI group employed at MTSU’s Flight School. Roles/tasks include - Leading and mentoring the 100+ CFI group and 300+ flight students through advanced instruction, assisting with day-to-day issues both on the ground and in the air - Utilizing Microsoft Excel use for flight student tracking and data collection - Updating pilot endorsements with the most recent Federal Aviation Regulations - Collecting data for part 141 Stage Checks to increase pass rate for each rating and stage in the 141 syllabi - Completing any tasks deemed necessary by the Chief or Assistant Chief Flight Instructors
