About

During the fall of 2015 I was asked by leadership to assume the team lead role for the Service Desk at Domino's. I retained my AV duties and my role as lead technician for the C-suite while adding full leadership duties, including team makeup and reporting to leadership. In summer of 2013 I moved into Domino's Information Services department. In my new role I act as the A/V technician for the company and as the technology liaison for a new multifaceted training center at our headquarters. Prior to this role, I started Domino's Pizza social media efforts in April, 2009. Since that time, Domino's has grown into an industry leader in social media. Our Facebook profile is rated among the top brand pages, and our Twitter profile is recognized for being interactive and engaging with our customers. Since I started with Domino's in 1998, every position I've had was one that didn't exist before I created it, starting as Domino's first webmaster, later leading the company's web design efforts, and finally as the first Domino's team member to have social media responsibilities. Outside of Domino's, I've spent seven years in the newspaper industry as a sports writer, and have written freelance for ElectronicHouse.com as well. My passion for technology is showcased in a podcast I record in my spare time since 2009. Specialties: Customer success, Office 365, Microsoft Surface Hub, team leadership, corporate AV systems, executive support, AP Style, Radian6, Vitrue Social Media Publisher, Crowdbooster, Twitter, Facebook, and other social media analysis tools. Creative/Design Applications: Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), HTML, Content Management Systems (CMS), ActionScript, Web/Video/Audio Standards and Compression Techniques, Windows Media Video (WMV), MPEG, DVD, NTSC, Flash Video, MP4, solid design knowledge of color, typography, space and form.
