Working For Pfizer Global Operations - Tasked with gathering all data relating to Pfizer’s S2 Systems to document and upload all related hardware and software assets onto Pfizer’s Centralized Management Data Base for EMEA, APAC, and AMER regions. Navigation of Pfizer Security Software to gather required data: Using Tools such as Mactrack and Pfizer’s Ip Address / Switch Port Lookup and Service Centre. Coordinating with Global Security, Site Security Officers and 3rd part Vendors for Appliance Firmware upgrades. CMDB Configuration Analyst work assisted in Scopes for the implementation of Pfizer security systems into new Pfizer Premises located in EMEA.
Secondment Role Responsible for ensuring consistent delivery of client support services at Pfizer UK Head Office and Regional Field Force and Site Kiosk. Single point of contact for all infrastructure issues and escalations within the UK, Managed local service continuity plan in conjunction with Senior Management leads. Accountaqble for Onsite BT On Demand Kiosk, Regional Kiosk Requests, ensuring appropriate staffing and skill levels are in place and consistenf service maintained. Liason with BTI Technical Ops and and other BT functions with regards too BT Support Services, Service request and delivery, service transition, compliance and audit. Participate in regular service operation review meetings.
Working with the Business and Global Operations and UK Country Lead, carrying out tasks and functions in Projects ranging from, upgrade to site Infrastructure, European iPad deployment, UK Mobile Support, Technical Assistance in CRM deployments across EMEA. Site Coordinator for the Renew of laptops and O/S to Head Office covering 1300 colleagues.
