      I was contacted by a client to identify why his computer failed to boot (start). I found that the issue was his motherboard’s bios failing to register the storage device and the solution was to format the current storage device or to buy a secondary storage device.

      After building a fully functional gaming computer, the client contacted me to find and solve the issues about the lights and strange noises. The solution I found was to observe and replug each individual cables to ensure it was functioning properly and reseating the case fans.

      Shortly after completing another build (workstation), I was contacted about the sluggishness and crashing when working with multiple applications. The solution was found by using a performance tracker and it showed that the amount of memory was not able to handle the workload, therefore I replaced it with a higher volume memory stick (ram).
