About

What do I like most about being a procurement leader? It's managing ambiguity. It's about identifying relevant developments and potential disruptions and translating them into viable strategies. This is why Procurement never gets boring. There is always something which comes up. So a hands-on and pioneering mindset helps for sure. Purpose, diversity and empowerement are three ingredients I learnt to be very powerful for building high-performing and fun teams. This is why I embrace these values as much as I can. Also, I'm keen to learn and discuss more about them. Please send me funny Supply Chain and Procurement memes, but also feel free to connect with me professionally.
