About

As a driven and adaptable HR professional, I bring a unique blend of legal acumen and hands-on experience across a variety of HR functions in manufacturing settings. Since beginning my HR career, I’ve taken on a broad range of responsibilities from leading complex employee relations investigations to managing onboarding and D&I initiatives. Through achieving my CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management, I am committed to shaping inclusive, high-performing work environments while developing a long-term career in strategic HR leadership. My academic background in Law (LLB Hons) underpins a strong foundation in employment legislation, contract negotiation, and compliance, areas I regularly draw upon to ensure HR practice is both fair and effective. I’ve gained recognition for my proactive, people-first approach; earning FROVIA’s 2024 Open-Mindedness Ambassador award and in 2023 was able to improve a Marriott International Hotel's employee engagement scores from 64% to 91%. I’m especially passionate about using HR as a lever for positive organisational change, whether through developing robust succession plans, enhancing employee experience, or embedding a strong culture of accountability and inclusion.
