I have been developing my knowledge and abilities as a Construction Project Manager for 3+ years in the Austin market. Throughout my time I have gained experience in budget management, scheduling, material procurement, client/subcontractor relations, team leadership, construction problem solving, and am eager to continue growing in all facets of of the industry.       ● Continued working with the project team at Capitol View Flats to bring that project to completion April 10, 2024. ● Initiated and led the closeout process for the Yager Flats project. Performed multiple site visits per week. Initiated city/county final inspections, organized third party inspection reports with corrections, and prepared documentation for turnover checklist. Assisted the field team with the logistics/coordination of installations and set the expectation for owner turnover walks to achieve overall project completion. ● Began project startup for Blueridge with setup of buyout and submittal log.
