Diverse responsibilities in Engineering, Maintenance, Process Automation, operations IT, ESH - Part of the core site leadership team. Reporting to the site (plant) manager. - Leading a team consisting of 75+ project engineers, designers, materials engineers, process control engineers, IT professionals. Responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, developing. Various initiatives to improve team functionality. - Contract management and negotiations. - Responsible for managing large projects on the Antwerp site with the team. Involved in capital planning for the Antwerp site, making strategic choices in project scope, planning and staffing. Working according to standards. - Managing the mechanical integrity inspection program and reliability program for the maintenance organization. Managing compliance with FOD WASO mechanical integrity requirements. Participating in audits. - Responsible for automation in the site, IT for operations including cybersecurity - Global and local responsibilities for Safety Instrumented Systems (IEC61511).
