To meet the many marketing challenges of a small organization scaling it's successful business during and post covid, I identified three focus areas: 1. Build the Marketing Foundation with strategy, planning cycle, documented marketing & sales processes, organized modularized content & marketing assets, branding, derived messaging and keywords, and regular reporting 2. Maintain, revive and/or accelerate the five existing activities PR, events, social media posts, newsletter and website, 3. Grow the Business by running awareness activities at third party and own digital and in-person channels and events, build a press program, execute conversion campaigns and renew the website. In a short period this resulted in a new strategy with more online focus emphasizing segment expertise, expanded press coverage, increased event speaker attendance, doubling the number of Linked followers and a growing the amount of identified and qualified leads.
To ensure a successful new segment donor campaign, the following objectives needed to be achieved: establish online presence, collect prospect contact data, design a social media email campaign including content. A new webpage and social media page in line with the corporate design were designed, launched and promoted, 1000 relevant email addresses were identified and delivered, marketing assets for emailing and social media were designed - leveraging corporate content - delivered and published, resulting into a successful campaign with several new donors.

Using syndicated market research, in three months the target market size, competitors, partners, personas, customer pains, customer journey and SEO keywords were explored, and a full marketing strategy and plan were developed. With the brand slogan 'Smarter Home Automation', the plan include campaigns around the key benefit areas Convenience, Security, Energy management & Sustainability, involving customers, partners and influencers, to drive subscription sales and grow the user community.
