I’m a Senior Quality Engineer / QA Automation Engineer focused on building scalable test automation, improving release confidence, and helping product teams reduce production risk. I currently work with U.S.-based product and engineering teams across Web, API, mobile, database, and distributed systems in areas such as e-commerce, domain management, DNS, health benefits, and digital health platforms. My testing approach combines deep manual validation (API, UI, database) with scalable automation, ensuring both exploratory coverage and long-term regression stability. My work goes beyond writing automated tests. I design and maintain automation frameworks, validate APIs and data flows, improve CI/CD feedback loops, investigate defects across the stack, and contribute to quality strategies that help teams ship faster and more reliably. I have hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Postman, SQL, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, CI/CD pipelines, mobile testing, performance testing, and AI-assisted quality workflows using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot. Before transitioning fully into Software QA, I spent over a decade at Honda leading quality-driven initiatives, root cause analysis, risk reduction, and cross-functional process improvements. • Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for Web, API, and distributed platforms, with a strong focus on maintainability, reliability, and fast feedback loops. • Build and expand Playwright-based E2E automation covering critical user journeys, customer-facing workflows, and business-critical scenarios. • Define automation architecture patterns, including page objects, flows, helpers, fixtures, reusable utilities, and test data strategies to reduce duplication and improve maintainability. • Validate APIs, backend workflows, SQL data, cross-environment deployments, and integration scenarios to improve release confidence and reduce production risk. • Contribute to CI/CD quality gates and automated test execution, enabling earlier defect detection and more reliable releases. • Collaborate with U.S.-based Product and Engineering teams to identify quality risks, improve shift-left testing practices, and strengthen release readiness. • Use Claude Code, Cursor, and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate test development, coverage analysis, documentation, and defect investigation.
• Developed and executed automated and manual tests for Web and Mobile platforms, supporting critical e-commerce workflows and high-traffic release cycles. • Built Playwright automation for web applications and Appium / Robot Framework automation for mobile testing. • Designed and maintained BDD scenarios using Cucumber and managed test coverage through Xray and Zephyr. • Performed REST API validation using Postman and Swagger, including schema validation, functional checks, and business-rule verification. • Executed backend data validation using MySQL and Redis to ensure data consistency across critical business flows. • Planned and executed performance testing with Locust to simulate high-traffic scenarios and identify bottlenecks. • Collaborated with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to align QA strategy with Agile delivery, regression testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
