Over 10 years ago, while working on renovations at home, I realized how difficult it was to find the right DIY supplies and tools to complete a project from end to end… That’s when I knew something had to change. With Christian Raisson, my co-founder, we decided to revolutionize together the DIY sector to bring it online, and ManoMano was born. What drives me every day at ManoMano is building a customer-centric company - solving the many daily pain points of our Pros and DIYers - with a human-centric mindset. I also love spending time in the mountains with my family, practicing mountaineering, trail running, or simply fixing up an old farmhouse. These activities remind me why I embarked on this entrepreneurial journey: to explore and grow, at both : a human and professional level. My years in scouting taught me the importance of teamwork, resourcefulness, and commitment to others—values that continue to guide my entrepreneurial path. Moreover, my involvement with Chance.co or with Entourage, an association that helps rebuild connections with people in severe hardship, strengthens my belief that, eventually, entrepreneurial spirit is about caring for our communities. I firmly believe that entrepreneurship is, above all, a collective people adventure ... with a purpose !
