The audiovisual sector is evolving rapidly: changing uses, transforming business models, new platforms, and new players. My role is to anticipate these developments, understand their dynamics, and help organizations position themselves sustainably.
Since 2024, I have been managing the Audio Hub at MédiaDays, the leading event bringing together media and advertisers in France. The Hub was created to structure and promote audio offerings (radio, podcasts, digital audio) to marketing decision-makers and media agencies. My mission consists of: Bringing together advertising agencies, producers, and audio media Structuring a clear offering for advertisers Highlighting the performance and power of audio media Organizing qualified meetings in several major French cities The Audio Hub contributes to greater strategic recognition of audio in media plans and its integration into cross-channel strategies.
Following on from the creation of Podcast&RadioHouse, I initiated the creation of a space dedicated to audiobooks and podcasts at the Brive Book Fair, one of France's major literary events. The aim was to build a bridge between traditional publishing and new audio formats. The space includes: An immersive listening area dedicated to audiobooks A selection of podcasts based on books and authors present at the fair Themed playlists (youth, fiction, essays) An audio experimentation space equipped with Silent Disco headphones from RadioHouse This initiative contributes to the recognition of audiobooks and podcasts as natural extensions of the act of reading and as new vectors for the dissemination of works.
Following the success of POD, I launched Podcast Magazine, integrating and developing the initial concept into a more ambitious and structured editorial format. Podcast Magazine is aimed at the entire audio ecosystem: listeners, creators, producers, and industry professionals. The project is based on: An editorial line dedicated to podcasts in all their forms (native, replay, brand, audiobook) Analysis of trends and usage Feedback from podcasters and producers Practical tools and advice A link between audio culture and industry Podcast Magazine marks a further step in supporting the maturity of the French-speaking podcast market, connecting public enthusiasm with professional structuring.
After managing RadioActu.com from 2003 to 2011, I founded La Lettre Pro de la Radio in 2011, an independent news outlet dedicated to professionals in the sector. The objective was clear: to provide rigorous, specialised daily coverage of radio news at a time when the market was entering a phase of digital transformation. The project was structured around: A daily news website (lalettre.pro) A monthly trade magazine Continuous monitoring of technological, economic and editorial issues A natural extension into digital audio and podcasting La Lettre Pro quickly became a leading source of information for executives, publishers, producers, manufacturers and broadcasters. From the outset, editorial production was integrated (design, writing, production, printing), particularly within the Usine Numérique, with a view to achieving complete control of the value chain.
At the end of my presidency of 400, I created Podcast&RadioHouse, a 200 m² space entirely dedicated to the world of radio, podcasts, and digital audio. Designed as a professional hub, Podcast&RadioHouse brings together: Radio and podcast studios Recording booths and spaces Professional residences (monthly, quarterly, annual) A digital audio experimentation lab The offices of Éditions HF Several stations and podcasters develop their projects there: writing, recording, production, broadcasting. The Podcast&RadioHouse embodies a vision that I have been developing for more than twenty years: to structure a complete ecosystem linking production, publishing, events, and audio innovation.
