The business model is built for scale: a SaaS base layer priced below the legacy stack on Day 1, plus a performance share of the NOI uplift the platform generates. Hotels pay less upfront. Before Otonomus, I spent over two decades building Growth Holdings، a multi-sector platform spanning real estate development, luxury residential, sustainable communities, and technology. I founded Appleton Properties in 2007, led a countercyclical real estate strategy through the 2008 financial crisis that generated over $2B in transaction volume.
