CVs are bullshit. You list a bunch of degrees and job titles and still no one knows what you are capable of. Here are 4 things a standard CV does not tell you about me :) 1. I traveled, worked and lived in almost 90 countries on 5 continents, gaining extensive and diverse cultural and interpersonal skills. 2. I am an autodidact: got my university degrees without attending a single lecture and as top of my class, learned fluent Spanish without any language class, taught myself most of my extensive technical and legal know-how about textile, plastic and metal PPE (personal protective equipment). 3. I love to learn. I firmly believe in the magic of education. Knowledge is the solution to every problem. It is all about staying curious! 4. I like to build stuff: furnitured two vans, taught myself how to sew, how to splice ropes, learned how to program load bearing bar tags for textile ppe, got some basic welding skills.
Managing the 4 business units Sports, Work Safety, Adventure and the brand Red Chili (Climbing Shoes) together with an awesome team. Overseeing our 5 development departments (hardware, textile, apparel, ropes, shoes) and coordinating the marketing-, sales-, purchase-, quality- and production activities of product groups such as: dynamic and static climbing ropes, harnesses, helmets, karabiners, belay-, ascending, and decending devices, shock absorbing lanyards, climbing shoes, apparel, ice axes, crampons, etc.
