I joined Schneider Electric in 1989, as reliability engineer in the Low Voltage Switchboards Department, then managed the design office, and finally take the head of technical department. In 2002 I took the head of architectures, innovation and technical expertise for the Low and Medium Voltage Switchboards, Panelboards and Busways Department, and have had the opportunity to renew most part of the offers. In 2008, I moved to Shanghai for setting up the Asia-Pacific LV & MV Equipment and Systems business development department. In 2009, I took the responsibility of Strategic Marketing for Final Distribution department, in charge of Tertiary and Industry offers and roadmap. In addition to this responsibility, I became one pioneer of Electric Vehicle business, working on strategy, influence and offer definition. In 2013, I joined the Schneider Electric Standardization Department, in charge of the influence country deployment & smart buildings I have a double competency: Graduate Engineer of Grenoble Institute of Technology and Master2 of Grenoble IAE School of Management. At IEC level, I am an active member of several IEC committees like ACEE, TC23/WG9, TC23/SC23K. I am also Secretary of IEC SC23K, Chair of IEC Advisory Committee on Energy Efficiency, and Member of the IEC Standardization Management Board. I am also strongly involved in several NGOs, as for example convenor of CAPIEL/CECAPI project group on Digitization for Buildings, CAPIEL Communication project group, CECAPI Marketing project group, active member of MSSI Electrical communication group, and involved in several stakeholder meetings for the EU commission.
