Responsible for the day-to-day HR operations for the Headquarters staff (Switzerland-France) ; Liaise with Alstom’s Expatriation centre, Business HR and HR Operational Team Switzerland to ensure smooth payroll, personnel administration and in/outflow of local employees & expatriates; Lead transactional HR team (3) consisting of HR officers and HR assistant; Act as Focal Point for Senior Management team, Social partners, Competency Centres and employees
