Renault Group is a major global automotive player, with €58 billion in revenue and 2.3 million vehicles sold annually through its brands Renault, Dacia, and Alpine. Over two years in Renault Group’s Graduate Program, I developed an end-to-end understanding of the company, combining strategic thinking, operational problem-solving, and on-the-ground exposure across key business functions. 1) Corporate Strategy & Planning Contributed to the Group's long-term financial and product planning through multiple C-level studies: - Analysis of potential partnership with Ford to co-develop and produce two EVs for the EU market (announced Dec. 2025) - Financial benchmark of 15 competitors to steer ambitions on fixed costs, margins and volume strategy - Modelling of European CO2-reduction scenarios to shape product strategy and EU advocacy (full EV vs. hybrid) 2) Internal Consulting Supported business units in resolving operational challenges: - Diagnosed and helped resolve issues across the Group’s global downstream supply chain, contributing to shorter lead times and improved vehicle delivery performance - Redesigned and clarified roles for the HR function, including scope, governance, and operating model 3) Internal Audit Led audit work on various business-critical topics across international entities: - Assessed end-to-end sales & marketing processes in Renault Belgium-Luxembourg - Reviewed finance processes in Renault Colombia - Evaluated industrial performance at the Tangier plant in Morocco, the largest car manufacturing site in the MENA region (>300k vehicles/year)
