In the frame of a French-Kazakhstan partnership on a new factory for the Assembly, Integration and Tests of satellites in Astana, Kazakhstan: - Customer contract management and negotiations (contract range >100-150 M€) - International subcontracts negotiations (>10 subcontractors) - Elaboration of the General specification - Project Management of the tests equipments from their factory development to the final delivery on site (thermal vacuum chamber, reverberant acoustic chamber, vibration system, mass properties system, radio frequency and anechoic chambers, ground support equipment) - Operational coordination of 20p - On site support to the Customer for building design and construction management - On-site Installation and Qualification
Concerning a project of a new Information System dedicated to a defence program : - Overall Project organization, internal staffing and subcontractors selection (team of 25p, 5 subcontractors) - Customer and end users negociations - Operational Project Management from the needs identification to the final delivery (range: 10-30 M€, planning >5 years)` - End user training (>900p) - Maintenance and Services support organization
