About

After obtaining a Master in chemistry in 2012 at the University of Liège, I pursued a PhD in sciences in the MSlab of the university of Liège from 2012 until 2017 (under the supervision of Prof. De Pauw and Prof. Quinton). My thesis was about the development of new mass spectrometry techniques for the characterisation of peptides bearing disulfide bonds. After my thesis (obtained in March 2017), I stayed in the same laboratory as a postdoctoral researcher until December 2018. During this period, I had the opportunity to work shortly on a proteomics project and then on an other project that focused on MALDI Imaging. During this period, I also gained knowledge in the analysis of polymers using mass spectrometry. From january 2019 until December 2021, I worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the M4i-Division of Imaging Mass Spectrometry (Prof. Heeren) in Maastricht. I was in charge of Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry (SIMS) analyses (routine and developments) for internal and external partners and I also did some project management in the Eurlipids project. In 2021, I also followed courses of project management at HEC business school from University of Liège. From january 2022, I work as a scientist in the Clinical Chemistry laboratory of Prof. Cavalier in the CHU of Liège.
