    From July 2017 to today: Project Director- Digital Industry 4.0 – Dairy Division (60% of the total SR) Main activities: • P.O.C and Industrial pilots follow up in order to test 4.0 technologies in Plants and Supply Chain fields ( Cobots, AI, 4.0 Laboratory, full AGV, Drones, …) • Definition and lead of “Test, learn and roll out “methodology in order to scale up fast successful P.O.C. The main point is to identify relevant pilots able to provide an high add value at WBU or Regional level. The methodology is based on a merge between Lean and Digital workshop. • Technologic partners and suppliers selection in order to introduce new concepts and solutions to get more flexibility and agility. • 4.0 strategy development in order to propose a change to adapt the Operation to the new Danone Dairy business strategy. This proposal, in process, is to develop an Operation ecosystem agile and flexible in order to be a solutions provider for the business (service, production and new products).)

    From September 2013 to August 2017: EU Danone Dairy Engineering Director Scope = 3, 5 Billions Sales T.O., 1,8 Millions products produced / y , + 3000 products ref., 16 plants Main responsibilities: development and execution of capex plan ( 80 million in average/ year ) in order to introduce new products, optimize the plants foot print, support EU and roll out Safety, productivity, quality improvement plan. I’m a permanent member of the EU Operation Committee lead by the VP EU Dairy Operation and to the WBU Central Engineering Committee lead by the WBU Engineering Dir Main stakeholders: Sourcing, Planning, Plants Managers, R&D, Quality, Marketing, machines suppliers Team: 23 seniors engineering engineers in direct line and 13 plants engineering engineers in functional line Main projects: • Design and set up an EU Engineering Organization by technologic platform and based on the previous CBUs Engineering organization • Plants footprint optimization support: production lines relocation, plant extension, plants closures: 3 years program - 35 million capex • Product Innovation Projects management: 70 projects in average per year from 300ke to 23 Me per project • Support Manufacturing 4.0 Digital Stream by introducing Cobots

    From July 2011 to August 2013 : Danone Dairy France Engineering Director Scope = 1 Billion Sales T.O., 5 plants Main responsibilities: development and execution of capex plan ( 30 million in average) in order to introduce new products and sourcing optimization support. Plants Maintenance Managers Networking leader in order to deploy a TPM approach. I was a permanent member of the CBU Operation Committee. Main stakeholders: Sourcing, Planning, Plants Managers, R&D, Quality, Marketing, Machines suppliers Team: 6 seniors engineering engineers in direct line and 7 plants engineering engineers in functional line. Main project: • Introduction of 23 new technologic packaging machines within 23 production lines in the 5 French plants in a less than 18 months without impacting the overall capacity.     From 2005 to 2010 : Plant Director – 360 FTE – Production and Distribution Center Management in a benchmark Automotive Lean Plant Main responsibilities and fulfillment: • Production of +5000 airbags every day in JIT for 53 delivery points in EU • Lean Management in order to achieve 8% of productivity per year, to reduce the none quality from 15 to 7 ppm and from 95 % to 98% CSL. • Lean approach Management to support the SQCDMN plan : 120 Workshops in average ( Quality, productivity , Flow , ..) per year , 20 suggestions / Employee / Year, … • Plant downsizing by the relocation of some productions lines in a Low Cost Country and by managing a social plant of- 110 people.
