After finishing my Hotel school in France, I started my passion 35 years ago with the Relais & Chateaux in France and joined the Accor group in 1991. I started in Paris then worked in the UK, and moved to Asia in 1994 first in Cambodia, then Thailand, India, Indonesia and now Vietnam. I had the pleasure to work in both city hotels and resorts across several brands. As learning never stops, I completed an online hospitality MBA from Glion (Switzerland) early 2013, which has been a great learning, sharing and challenging experience. Over the last 15 years I have completed two Pullman hotel re-brandings in Jakarta and Bangkok. I also had the pleasure to lead the Pullman Bangkok Hotel G - a great Lifestyle hotel with iconic F&B outlets (Scarlett & 25 Degrees). In 2019, thanks to a team of amazing professionals, we opened the 713 key Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc in 2019, on the beautiful South Vietnam island. This large resort includes 3 types of accommodation: residence, hotel and pool villas. I now have the honour to lead the Hotel des Arts Saigon - part of the Mgallery collection. This luxury boutique hotel is not only build with a unique French Indochina architecture and it has a unique Food & Beverage vibe. The Social Club rooftop has been a landmark in the city for the last 7 years and we recently launch The Albion by Kirk Westaway. Kirk is the executive chef of Jaan by Kirk Westaway in Singapore, a 2-star Michelin restaurant. We opened the restaurant last November 2024, after 18 months of planning, renovation and training.
It is an honour to be leading the Hotel des Arts Saigon - MGallery Collection. It is a beautiful Luxury Boutique hotel located in the city center of the vibrant Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel design is based on the "Indochine Française" era, portrays the Vietnamese and French elegance. the hotel is home to some of the city’s most iconic outlets including the amazing Social Club roof top bar and the Award winning Albion by Kirk Westaway. The Albion which opened in November 2024, won “Restaurant of the year 2025” by Tatler Vietnam and is part of the Best 100 restaurants Asia Pacific by Tatler Asia. and has been listed by Michelin as a selected restaurant. The Hotel des Arts has also been awarded by Conde Nast UK as No5 hotel in South East Asia in 2025, thanks to the traveler's voting and genuine experiences. This is a huge reward that made the entire team proud to be part of the Hotel des Arts Saigon and the MGallery collection.
I joined Accor in Paris as purchasing manager and cost controller of a 400 room Mercure hotel. I traveled to Asia in 1994 looking for adventure and international experience. My personal objective has been fulfilled with a mixed experience of city and resort properties around 5 South East Asian countries and several brands. Today I am proud to have join the Luxury portfolio under the MGallery brand.

Rebranded the previous Grand Millennium Sukhumvit to the Pullman Bangkok Grande Sukhumvit in August 2015.
Rebranded the Ex-Nikko Jakarta (425 rooms) and reposition to one of Jakarta leading 5-star hotel after a major hotel renovation. Opened the award winning Sana Sini All Day Dining restaurant. Total hotel revenue increased by 50% after repositioning.
