Philippe Heim is a seasoned financial executive with an in-depth expertise of the international financial businesses. He served as CFO, deputy-CEO and CEO of Systemic Banks. He developed a track record of transforming and developing complex organizations. He delivered major M&A and capital market operations (IPOs). Based in Hong-Kong, Philippe is currently co-CFO and co-Chief Strategy Officer of Fosun International, China's largest private conglomerate. Philippe served as CEO of La Banque Postale from 2020 to August 2023. Before joining LBP, he spent 14 years at Societé Générale. He joined the bank in 2007 as a Senior Banker, in charge of managing global relationships with a portfolio of Strategic European Clients in SGCIB. In 2009, he was appointed Head of Group Strategy before becoming Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the Group and Head of Group Strategy in April 2012. Philippe Heim was promoted Group Chief Financial Officer in 2013 and became member of the Group’s Executive Committee. In 2015, he was elected, by his peers as Chairman of the European Banking CFO Network lo lead advocacy initiatives. In 2017, he was voted #1 European CFO - All Banks and #1 French CFO - All Corporates, by the investor and analyst community in the 2017 Extel Survey. In mid 2018 he was appointed Deputy CEO in charge of International Retail Banking activities (Africa, Europe and Russia), Financial Services and Insurance with an annual net profit of €2 billion. He began his career in 1997 at the French Ministry of Finance, where he held various positions before being appointed Economic Counsellor at the French Embassy in Singapore. In 2003, he was appointed Technical Advisor to Francis Mer, the then French Minister for the Economy, Finance and Industry. In 2004, he was appointed Budget Advisor to Nicolas Sarkozy, then French Minister for the Economy, Finance and Industry, and in 2006 he was appointed Head of Cabinet to Jean-François Copé, then Minister for the Budget and Government Spokesman. Philippe Heim is a graduate of the Paris School of Management (ESCP Europe), the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po) and the Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA).
