AKKA Belgium, engineering consultancy company, is the Belgian subsidiary of the AKKA Group. The AKKA Group has about 15.500 employees (850 consultants in Belgium). • Responsible for the commercial and operational development of the Transport Business Line (Aerospace, Defense, Rail and Automotive). Business Line of 350 consultants with a turnover of 25 MEUR. Objectives Achieved: Annual Increasing in Sales and Net Margin of 10% • Managing a team of 10 Business Manager • Reporting to the Board • Participation in the Management Committee • Validation of technical and commercial offers including fixed price projects • Fixed price project management (Planning, Cost, Deadlines) • Training Junior Project Managers and Technical Leaders • Establishment of strategies for the development of the sector (Business Intelligence) • Management of the Division's budget (Salaries, Training, Events, ..) • Implementation, improvement and validation of good process monitoring • Participation in the recruitment of engineers • Prospecting new clients and customer relations
