J’aide les équipes Tech à passer du chaos à un flux de valeur stable, prévisible et sans stress. 13 ans à lancer des entreprises dans le SaaS, le B2B, le marketing d’affiliation, l’e-commerce et les produits digitaux. Chaque fois, le même constat : on perd du temps, de l’énergie et du talent dans des systèmes mal conçus. Puis, j'ai rejoint une scale-up comme Head of Engineering. Avec les équipes, on a réduit les délais de livraison à presque rien. Pas en ajoutant des process, mais en supprimant les obstacles du flux de valeur. Aujourd’hui, je suis CTO de la startup d’État du Service National Universel, où j’ai redressé une équipe en crise en accélérant les initiatives de qualité et en restaurant la confiance. Ce qui me frustre -- Le gâchis de potentiel. Dans chaque organisation, il y a de l’or inexploité. Des gens brillants qu’on épuise parce qu’on ne sait pas travailler ensemble efficacement. Le déclic -- Me former au Lean. Appliquer ses principes a tout changé : 🔹 plus de satisfaction client, 🔹 des équipes plus sereines, 🔹 des délais divisés par deux (ou trois). Depuis, je refuse d’être le pompier de service. Mon rôle, c’est d’aider mes clients à sortir de l’urgence permanente et reprendre le contrôle. Car c’est le seul chemin vers l’amélioration continue. Ce que je fais -- J’accompagne les CEO / CPO / CTO de startups et scale-ups (post-série A) confrontés à : 🔸​ des problèmes chroniques de delivery, 🔸​ des bugs récurrents, 🔸​ des tensions entre produit et tech, 🔸​ une perte de confiance des équipes. J’interviens comme CTO Lean de transition, pour : 🔹 remettre le flux de valeur au centre, 🔹 reconstruire la stabilité technique, 🔹 livrer vite, souvent, et sans stress, 🔹 réparer des équipes cassés Quand la machine tourne, j’aide à recruter et former mon successeur. J’interviens aussi sur des audits, de la formation, et du coaching de CTO / Engineering Managers. Ma conviction -- Une équipe performante, c’est une équipe Lean : 🔹 qui résout ensemble ses problèmes, 🔹 qui s’arrête au premier défaut, 🔹 qui ne produit que ce qui est nécessaire pour le client, 🔹 qui élimine les causes de surcharge, de variabilité et de gaspillage. Ma mission -- Aider les équipes Tech à passer du chaos au flux de valeur client quotidien, sans stress. Et à terme : faire du Lean le standard des entreprises Tech. Moins de gaspillage.
