Oversee the risk management framework, covering strategic, financial, operational and project-related risks across international operations. Play a key role in investment decisions, tender approvals and major project reviews, supporting executive committees through structured risk assessments. Establish and reinforce the risk governance framework, including risk registers, mitigation plans and executive reporting structures. Lead company-wide transformation initiatives, aligning organizational evolution with strategic objectives and Tractebel / ENGIE Group standards.
Animation of a team (25 people) including project controllers, Invoicing and Reporting Officers, Tax and Accounting, Monthly & quarterly reporting’s, Establishment and follow up of budgets and business plan, SPOC for internal contacts like Global Business Area’s, Corporate, Accountancy (Shared Service) and for external financial stakeholders, Internal Control & Compliance: ICC and BPO for different process. Monitoring of the complete implementation in our subsidiaries in Belgium, Romania, Czech Republic, Italie, South Africa and Netherland as in our Permanent Establishment, SAP4Hana roll out: Steerco Member and Global Business Owner O2C processes, monitoring of the complete operational roll out, Transfer Pricing activities (Revision reinvoicing agreement, Development and implementation European Framework agreement).
