During my 25 years experience in various sales & marketing positions as well as in BU management, I have always been passionate about customer satisfaction, and my main concern was to focus my teams on delivering high quality services to our clients. In 2017 I took a new step in my career, in order to fulfil the ambition I have had for several years to work in the hospitality business. After completing an Hospitality Management MBA with internships in french and spanish hotels, I have been working several years in the hospitality business, mainly in Spain where I set up my own company in 2019. We acquired a property by the Costa Brava sea shore in 2020, and after refurbishing the main buildings we opened hotel Mas del sol for 2021 summer season. In 2022 & 2023, we added new rooms and infrastructures in order to improve the service we intend to provide to our clients.

Multi-skilled receptionist - Hotels Ibis / Ibis Budget – 200 rooms - At stake: manage rooms availability - register clients reservations - operate check in / out - attend to clients requests during their stay in order to improve global customers satisfaction - Achievements: better customer interactions (confirmation of reservations by email – more explanations – encourage comments & answer to them)
In charge of breakfast & internal audit - room cleaning assistant - training at the reception desk - Hotel Best Western Saint Martin Bastille – 27 rooms - At stake: secure the pre-requisite standards in a 3 stars Best Western hotel, with a special focus on breakfast - Achievements: 3 stars certification renewal & standards improvement in Best Western audit, especially for breakfast
