Staff: 35 employees My job is to allocate stock and manage prices in order to optimize turnover and margins: - Implementation and replenishment - Price determination for each country. Commercial operations, discounts. Seasonal sales management.
Staff: 20 to 30 architects and project managers or technical managers from various nationalities and located in numerous countries (in Europe, China, Russia). My job was to: - Define and implement a new shop concept and its evolutions according to the marketing strategy. - Reorganize the department to be able to run 5 times more projects per year (up to 200+ projects per year). - Analyse Return On Invest. Reduce Cost. - Manage drawings and blueprints, organize works in France and Worldwide (53 countries). - Deal with major constraints of delay, quality and cost. - Define processes for shop maintenance, define KPI, manage budgets. - Develop a worldwide network of contractors and suppliers Track records: - More than 1200 major projects (complete renovations or shop openings) within 8 years. - ROI shift from 5+ years to around 3 years. - Cost per sqm for renovation remained unchanged from 2000 to 2008 whereas the legal building cost index increased 40%.
Staff: 150 to 250 employees. - Responsible for the plants’ activities, security, working conditions, and general organization. - President of the Health and Safety Committee. - Responsible for the quality labs and delivery inspections for materials and finished goods. Main achievements: - Opening of a new 10,000sqm plant. Setting up replenishment method from reserve warehouse to picking area. - Automation of part of the activity with splitting machine and conveyors. - ISO 9001 certified since 2001. - Design of the team structure. Assessment and remuneration system update.
Staff: 1 to 7 IT employee. Mainly anglosaxon people. - System administrator for the European Distribution Center for PC. - Implementation of an ERP to shift production to a “Build to Order” logic.
Projects within these departments : After Sales Services, Phone sales order processing, quality insurance and delivery control.
