Examples of actions : develop & maintain the Technical Career Path (TCP) as a dual ladder in parallel to technical management, grow the number of Technical Talents as part of the High Potentials, provide higher visibility to Technical Talents successes in SE, ... - I manage a worldwide program which develops a community of 800+ Top Technical Experts who can influence & lead our technology strategy and make Schneider-Electric even more innovative. The program is responsible for identifying and developing these Top Technical Experts. - I develop digital (CyberSecurity, Analytics, data, Software, Firmware) and sustainability expertises with a set of learnings
I develop a Technical Career Path for the 7500 Technical Engineers while managing our 14 communities of Strategic Domains of Competencies (CyberSec, Analytics, Embedded Control, System Engineering, Electromechanics, ...). I am also coordinating all worldwide Technology Anticipation Actions in the company.
2 complementary missions, in order to accelerate Technology Innovation : A/ Governance of the global platforming approach, including identification/selection/validation of new Platforms, promotion of reuse, and definition of Schneider Electric’s overall platforms strategy with approval by the Innovation & Technology Council and Strategic Committee.
